By creating an account or booking a court through HIT&EAT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed or, for cash bookings made at a venue counter, once staff record the payment. Prices are set by the venue and displayed before you confirm a booking.
You may cancel a booking from your dashboard subject to the cancellation window shown at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel.
You're responsible for following each venue's house rules and treating staff, equipment, and other players with respect. Venues may refuse entry for conduct that violates their policies.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
HIT&EAT connects players with independently operated venues. We aren't responsible for injuries, property loss, or disputes arising from your use of a venue's facilities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
