Licensing

HIT&EAT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform to discover and book sports venues for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform or its content
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract venue or pricing data
• Use the platform to build a competing booking service

Venue photos, descriptions, and branding remain the property of the respective venue owners or HIT&EAT. All platform design, code, and trademarks are owned by HIT&EAT.

HIT&EAT is built using open-source software, each governed by its own license. A full list of dependencies and their licenses is available on request.

This license ends automatically if you violate these terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any account that breaches this policy.
